Under 5%! Home Buying Interest Rates Are Great!

Our Home Buyers are getting great interest rates right now as they are buying homes here in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas. This week, interest rates have been in the 4.75% range for buyers with good credit. Wow! This, along with some home buyer tax incentives which many now qualify for, make it a great time to buy a home.
