It's Official! Home Buyer Tax Credit Extended & Expanded

President Obama signed the bill today which extends and expands the $8,000 tax credit for first time homebuyers (or those who haven't owned a home for 3 years). Added is a $6,500 credit for current homeowners of 5 years.

Of course, there's a variety of rules surrounding these credits. The good news is, many can benefit from them!
