We often get requests for homes in gated neighborhoods in both the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas. There are not a lot of gated neighborhoods, but they do exist.
Some gated neighborhoods are The Villas, Towne Park, Tanoan, Vista del Norte Condos, Presidio, Rio Grande Compound, and then there's gated neighborhoods within High Desert and other neighborhoods.
Overall, our metro area has mostly single family homes, but we can find condos, lofts, townhomes, and gated neighborhoods as well.
