The amount of empty space in the Albuquerque metro area's industrial market has shrunk to a level not seen since the late 1990s.
'Tenants are frustrated by the lack of choice,' said Brad Allen of Roger Cox & Associates.

ABQjournal: Gov. Signs Law Limiting Eminent Domain

Eminent Domain in New Mexico....

This is big news for Rio Rancho... Not sure what this means for future Rio Rancho development. I will have to talk to the planers in RR and see how this will effect things. ???

I would say this is good news for individuals that own Rio Rancho Land.

Green Building to Skyrocket by 2010 to Half of New Homes

I saw this in the NAHB newsletter and thought it was interesting...

They have a good article on Green building and some of the trends. Some good facts on who the home buyer is for green homes, and it's a good article to put in front of people that don't know why they should learn about Green building. It's the future!

NM Passes Green Build Tax Credit
