La Posada gets its city IRB, prepares for $22M rehab - New Mexico Business Weekly:It looks like the La Posada in Downtown Albuquerque is going to get a new lease on life. I understand that the city Council has approved a $8.9 million industrial revenue bond to help this project along. It's nice to see that this Albuquerque landmark is going to get the attention that it deserves.
