South Yale Sector Development Plan Public Meeting - Official City News: "South Yale Sector Development Plan Public Meeting Posted: October 09, 2007 South Yale Sector Development Plan Public Meeting Heights Community Center 823 Buena Vista Drive SE 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2007 The Planning Department is working to create a Sector Development Plan for the South Yale area in collaboration with neighborhood representatives. The study area is bounded by University Boulevard on the west, St. Cyr Avenue (and its alignment between University Boulevard and Columbia Drive) on the north, Columbia Drive south to Kathryn Avenue, then west to the eastern boundary of the Loma Linda Community Center Parcel alignment (between Kathryn Avenue and Vail Avenue), east on Vail Avenue to Girard Boulevard and south to Gibson Boulevard."
