To some home sellers it may appear that we have no buyers in the Albuquerque Real Estate market. But the fact is that homes are selling. Buyers have a large inventory to choose from so your house must stand out from the crowd and be priced correctly. The first two weeks on the market is the most critical time so pricing the home high to “see what happens” can be a costly error.
